Common side effects
Common side effects include abdominal pain, cramping, bleeding and spotting for up to 1 week after using the abortion pill. Other side effects that may occur include drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue and fevers. The bleeding usually starts 2-3 hours of using the pills and it will continue like your normal periods.
